ADOBE AUDITION NO SOUND MAC OS
I searched for keyboard combination Ctr+b but I couldn’t find this shortcut in any Adobe Audition documentation. I've reviewed both sound preferences for Audition (audio channel mapping, audio hardware selection, selecting the R button before recording, making sure a valid input was selected in a multitrack recording before recording) and Mac OS (when going to sound input my mic is selected and levels are detected in the OS). who need to edit and analyze audio files without wasting time of tutorials.

I tried to find some information online about this behaviour but haven’t seen any good explanation. What is the best Adobe Audition alternative you can download for free to do. So basically, if this happened to you, all you have to do to reverse the change is to press Ctr+b again ? After I pressed Ctr-b again, the sound wave went back into the original, green colour and I could continue:

I think I wanted to paste something using Ctr+v but instead I pressed Ctr+b. But yesterday it happened again ?īut this time I have managed to remember the keyboard combination I used. Since I have just started working on a new project and couldn’t do overcome this problem, I just started new project and started again from scratch. Pressing Ctr-z to undo the change didn’t do anything either, the waveform stayed grey. I couldn’t edit the file any more, some controllers in the menu were not active, the software didn’t even play the sound. To cut long story short, after it changed the colour, I couldn’t do anything. It might depend on the colour temperature of your PC or monitor settings, some of you might see grey rather than purple. A few weeks ago, I was editing some sound in Adobe Audition, quickly copying, pasting, cropping and so on when, BUM, out of the blue, the sound wave turned purple.
